Olusola Okodugha is a Marketing Communications Consultant and founder of Creations Republic, a 360 degree marketing and communications agency, aimed at helping Businesses, Nonprofits and Governments in Africa and beyond, tell their stories and adequately project their work to the public through branding, public relations, advertising, corporate communications strategies and talent management.

Olushola has cross-industry experience cutting across the Financial Services, Real Estate, Telecommunications, Non-profits, and Governmental Parastatals; all of which has served him in serving notable client brands like Globacom, Darling Nigeria, the British Deputy High Commission, MegaGrowth Nig, CFAO Yamaha, Landwey Investments, among others.

He has a long repertoire of feats and achievements to his credit.
A graduate of Obafemi-Awolowo University, Olushola was the campaign director for the biggest teenager led Nonprofit organizations in the USA; Dosomething.org and helped create specialized campaigns that helped millions of young people across America.

Olushola spends his personal time, researching and studying in pursuit of his passion for business growth, leadership development, social change, media, communications and public relations.
